Full Job Description
Reports to: Facilities and Grounds Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Helping with preventative maintenance and repairs to buildings and building systems (hvac, electrical, etc.)
- Upkeep of grounds, minor issue requests, painting, cleaning, etc.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Applicants should have a working knowledge of building systems, maintenance techniques and outdoor care
- Must be a team player with positive attitude
- Must be able to work cooperatively with co-workers, volunteers and the public
- One weekend work day is required per week
