Part Time

Reports to: Facilities and Grounds Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Helping with preventative maintenance and repairs to buildings and building systems (hvac, electrical, etc.)
• Upkeep of grounds, minor issue requests, painting, cleaning, etc.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Applicants should have a working knowledge of building systems, maintenance techniques and outdoor care
• Must be a team player with positive attitude
• Must be able to work cooperatively with co-workers, volunteers and the public
• One weekend work day is required per week
