Full Job Description


Reports to: Operations Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to office staff
  • Greet guests at our Visitor Education Center
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Prepare and mail donor correspondence
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and organize documents
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform data entry and maintain donor databases
  • Assist with customer support inquiries
  • Assist with Gift Shop inventory and product ordering
  • Conduct research as requested


  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in event planning or personal assistant roles is beneficial
