The Return & Exchange Policy applies to the CROW online shop at https://crowclinic.org/shop and in-store purchases at 3883 Sanibel Captiva Road on Sanibel Island.
Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
For online purchases, please email pstoike@crowclinic.org to obtain return authorization before sending your item.
For in-store purchases, simply bring your item and proof of purchase to the CROW Gift Shop at 3883 Sanibel Captiva Road on Sanibel Island.
Sale merchandise and other items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times and any applicable fees may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an exchange or replacement. Apparel may also be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by CROW. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value returns, as CROW is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If you prefer, online purchases may also be returned or exchanged in person at the CROW Gift Shop, helping you avoid return shipping costs.
